Try out these top 5 favorites of ours that seem to be a hit at every holiday party.

1. Champagne Punchimage

1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 bottle of your favorite champagne
Small amount of Grand Marnier (or your favorite orange liqueur)
Red sugar
Green sugar

In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Discard cinnamon and cloves.

Cool to room temperature and pour into a large pitcher.

Add cranberry juice and pineapple juice. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Rim glasses with colored sugar.

At serving time add champagne.

2. Blackberry Ombre Sparklerimage

1 cup fresh blackberries
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 cup sugar
1 bottle of your favorite champagne
1 cup water

In a small saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and water.

Bring to a boil on high heat, reduce to simmer and let cook for approximately 12-15 minutes.

The blackberries will become soft and bright in color and a pinkish purple syrup will form.

Take off of heat and drain berries, keeping the syrup in a separate bowl, set both aside and allow to cool.

Once blackberries and syrup are cooled, spoon about 4 tbs of syrup into the bottom of each champagne flute.

Top with champagne.

Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of rosemary.

For a little extra fun, you can rim your glasses with some brown sugar

but be sure to do this step before pouring liquid into the glass.

3. Sparkling Apple Cider Sangriaimage

1 bottle of your favorite champagne
2 1/2 cups apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup Disaronno
2 apples sliced thin
cinnamon sticks for garnish

In a large pitcher, combine champagne, apple cider, club soda, and Disaronno (you can sub in a ginger brandy if you prefer).

Stir until mixed then add in sliced apples.

Pour and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

4. Christmas Tree Cocktailimage

3 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz gin
1 oz simple syrup
1-2 wedges of lime juice
a few fresh mint leaves
pomegranate seeds and lime wheel for garnish

Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup at the bottom of your glass.

Add ice. Then add gin, pom juice, and lime juice.

Stir and garnish as pictured above.

5. Candy Cane Martiniimage
1 1/12 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz club soda
crushed candy canes for garnish

Rim a martini gas with crushed candy canes.

Mix vodka, schnapps, and club soda with ice in a cocktail shaker; strain into prepared glass.

You can also hang a candy cane outside the martini glass as extra decoration.
