Sometimes you need coffee and dessert simultaneously.

Iced coffee is a perfect and delicious pick-me-up, especially on a hot afternoon.

Maybe it’s the DIY in us, but we never really understood paying $4 for an iced coffee

when we can make the same deliciousness in our own kitchen!

So, it’s time to experiment with being your own barista..

Nutella Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Black Coffee, Cold
  • ¼ Cup Milk (any variety will work)
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutella
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the coffee, milk, Nutella and sugar to a blender and blend until combined and frothy.
  2. Taste and add extra sugar if you like it extra sweet!
  3. Pour over ice.

S’mores Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • Iced coffee
  • Chocolate milk
  • Whipping cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Marshmallow bits
  • Crushed graham cracker

Instructions

  1. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar and beat again until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in marshmallow bits.
  4. Add chocolate milk to the iced coffee, top with marshmallow whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of coffee
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, plus small amount for garnish
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt or sea salt, plus small amount for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Creamer, half-and-half, or milk, to taste
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/4 cup of caramel sauce into mug or cup and add hot coffee. Stir to mix.
  2. Add 1/8 tsp salt, ice cubes, sugar, and creamer. Mix well.
  3. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle caramel sauce, and a few sprinkles of salt all for garnish (optional).
