Q | How Long will my service take?

A | Our signature Blowout takes approximately 30-45 minutes, a makeup application takes approximately 30 minutes.

Q | Do I pay extra to curl or flat iron my hair?

A | The blowdry price includes your shampoo, blow, and any heat-styling after

Q| Why does an up-do cost more then a blowout?

A | Up-dos take time and creativity; longer then a typical blowout. You and your hair deserve love and patience when creating these works of art.

Q | What is your cancelation policy?

A | Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If appointments are canceled within 24 hours, there is a cancelation fee of the full service price of scheduled service.

Q | What is your late policy on appointments?

We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can offer you a dry express style (no wash). Any more then 20 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you.

Q | I have an expired deal site voucher, can I still use it?

A | When a deal site voucher is expired, you have up to 5 years to apply the value price (price paid) to the service indicated on the voucher. The amount paid for the voucher will be applied to your service cost and you are responsible for the remaining balance.

Q | Can I put gratuity on a credit card?

A | Gratuity is cash only and may not be put on a credit card. Please make sure to have cash to graciously tip your service provider for a job well done. We recommend 20% of the full service price.

Q | Do you have a credit card minimum?

A | Yes. We require a $15.00 minimum purchase for use of a credit card.

Q | Do you charge my credit card used to make the reservation?

A| The credit card used to hold your reservation is to enforce our cancelation policy. In the case of the client violates our cancelation policy that card will be charged a cancelation fee. It is not charged upon reservation. The card may be used if you choose to use it as your payment method upon checkout.
